With the barber shop industry seeing a proliferation in the demand for men’s services and given their passion and entrepreneurial spirit, Naji and Richard decided to embark on a journey in this craft. King’s Blades is the start of that journey! A barber shop that will cater to the most discerning of men. Where the experience for them will not only be a great cut and/or shave, but more, where old friends can visit and feel at home, and new clients who visit can become new friends!
One visit and you will see that King’s Blades is a welcoming space that will provide not only top-notch service, but even more, it is a space where you can share stories and tales, while being offered spirits and beers to help those stories grow! I have been so fortunate to have had a great career in the beauty and hair business for over 30 years. When something becomes your passion, you never work a day in your life it has been said. The passion for this industry is as strong today for me as it was 30 years ago. I am not sure there is any other profession where you get to spend your career meeting and talking to so many different people, all who have different stories, and for that time we spend together, not only is a service provided, but more, for friendships are often kindled, some becoming lifelong even. I feel so fortunate about this – it truly is a privilege!
Born and raised in London, Richard has been a barber proudly serving his community since 2016. Specializing in fades, barbering has been a craft he has been honing since the age of 14 for the SHEER fun of it!
Inspired by London’s famous tree cover, 4EST Brewery takes pride in calling the Forest City home. The traditional German lager yeast and extended lagering process create a delicious, easy-drinking beer that leaves you wanting another pint as soon as you finish the last sip.
